Duodecim: Ensuring the future-proofness of your media product

Data-driven leadership Marketing research Research

Duodecim wanted to ensure the future-proofness of its own media product, which is iconic in its industry (print and digital media as a whole), i.e. that the product will continue to meet the expectations of the changing market and buyer base in the future. Based on the joint discussions, we decided to validate the existing assumptions with the help of qualitative research.

Qualitative research helps to identify areas for development

We conducted a qualitative study that deepened the understanding of the current state of the media product and the buyers’ decision-making and needs. Based on the research, we analysed the commercial role of the media product and identified the key areas for development.

Dagmar helped us update the iconic Duodecim magazine tradition to the present day. The study brought clarity to the commercial role of our media product and provided concrete guidelines for future development.

Dagmar’s expertise, combined with our own vision, gave rise to insights that we could have reached on our own.
