Dagmar invests in analytical AI expertise to support marketing
Marketing development increasingly requires technological know-how combined with strong business understanding and analytical thinking. The marketing agency Dagmar hired analytical problem solvers instead of traditional coders.
Development project provides concrete solutions
In March, the marketing agency Dagmar launched an AI and automation development project that will last until August, combining data, technology and the practical needs of marketing into concrete solutions.
As part of the project, Dagmar has hired four experts in artificial intelligence and data solutions, who started their work at the beginning of March. Instead of traditional coding expertise, the focus is on problem-solving, process modeling, and solving business challenges using no-code and low-code tools and artificial intelligence.
The project does not focus on individual IT projects, but on automations and tools that make everyday marketing more efficient.

Dagmar has been gathering an in-depth understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing for 50 years. We know the real needs of Finnish marketers and are now able to build agile tools for the identified marketing challenges.

Software developers work as part of multidisciplinary teams in close cooperation with strategists, analysts and experts.
Dagmar’s AI and automation development enables new kinds of partnership models, where solutions are not just implemented, but built together.

Curious problem-solving to break habits
“We found curious problem solvers for the project who are not satisfied with ‘this is how it has always been done’. The goal is to build scalable solutions to support marketing and business. We have already launched several internal AI-based tools and two services for customers,” says Fredrikson.
