Dagmar appointed Sustainability Director
Dagmar has appointed Leena Kivioja as Vice President, Corporate Responsibility. In her role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s sustainability program and customer consulting. Kivioja emphasizes customer-centricity and future-oriented thinking, combining responsibility and business development in his work with the aim of building sustainable solutions for Dagmar’s customers.
Kivioja has worked at Dagmar since 2021 and has over 15 years of experience in customer experience and business development. Before joining Dagmar, she worked at Fazer and Pentik, where she led change projects, developed customer-centric operating models and created new business concepts.
“Marketing plays a significant role in promoting sustainability, and we want to be involved in taking the entire industry forward. My goal is to ensure that responsibility is reflected in our daily work and decision-making,” says Kivioja.
